Q: How do i purchase a custom product?

A: Simply place the order for the custom product, then send us an email at dancingent@gmail.com with your name, order number, and any other details. Attach your artwork in the email for approval by our graphic design experts. If there is an issue with the artwork we will contact you. Files should be submitted in .png .psd ,ai or .jpg formats. If you don’t have a design we can accommodate you as well with our design team for a nominal fee. For custom images - buyer must be owner/copyright holder of image or provide proof they are the holder of a Use License. Copyrighted images where buyer is not the holder of the copyright or a use license will not be produced. Custom images must be of high enough quality and appropriately sized if buyer is supplying image. The Dancing Ent reserves the right to refuse to produce/reproduce any images, text, and/or other media to be printed on products.

Q: What types of images can I use for a custom order?

A: The Dancing Ent is happy to work with out customers to produce a design that is exactly what they’re is looking for on a custom item. Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce images that are copy written by entities other than the customer or The Dancing Ent.


Q: How long will it take to get my custom order?

A: Custom orders take a little more time to produce than our Dancing Ent designs. We want to make sure we get your order just right. Since it’s important to you, it’s important to us to get it right the first time. For custom orders, customers can expect 2-5 business day turn around times (the time between placing an order and when the order will ship). Custom orders take a little extra time to generate, and we want to ensure we produce and send you a quality product. If it has been longer than 14 days and you have not received a shipment notification, please reach out to us at dancingent@gmail.com so we can help.


Q: I ordered something and i hate it! What’s the return policy?

A: Non-custom pieces can be returned (less shipping) in like-new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, since custom pieces cannot be restocked, we generally do not offer a refund for these pieces. We are happy to replace any defective items, or consider refunds for returns on a case-by-case basis. If there is something we can do to make it right, The Dancing Ent will also consider replacing the custom piece one time free of charge.


Q: I ordered (or didn’t order) something by mistake. Can I cancel (or add-on) my order without additional shipping charges?

A: The Dancing Ent strives to get non-custom orders to our customers as quickly as possible. We aim to ship within 2 business days of receiving an order. If you realize you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at dancingent@gmail.com We will do our best to ship your order to you exactly as you want it.

Q: I have a question that isn’t addressed here, but I still need help.

A: We want to help you have the best customer experience possible and answer any questions you might have about our products and services.
